岗位职责:
负责公司在黑龙江省和吉林省(长春市除外)地区市场开拓与维护,以直销形式开展,针对汽车、船舶、航天航空及科研院所等行业
主动通过客户拜访等各种渠道接触潜在客户,并开发现有客户的潜在需求
产品销售前演示,销售沟通,产品回款等
与销售团队成员合作,开展地区业务工作
1. Perform functions to plan for, manage and control theassigned territory sales target goals, guided by precedent and working withinthe limits of established policies.
2. Generate sales revenues by performing product andsoftware demonstrations at customer sites;
3. Evaluate customer requirements for this purpose;including installation location, mounting, software solutions, customerengineering drawings, CAD data, GD&T and inspection plans;
4. Perform product demonstrations to generate productawareness and generate potential sales;
5. Utilize all available resources including salesmanagement, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, marketing andothers to advance and close sales;
6. Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas forsales opportunities, processes and systems;
7. Act as primary point of contact and provide technicalsupport to potential customers during the evaluation period;
8. Inform clients of new products and software solutionsas they are announced or released;
9. Review and maintain high profile customerrelationships as identified.
10. Sell the company’s line of products, obtain leads andclose sales to achieve revenue goals and create long-term purchase agreementswith key accounts.
任职资格:
全日制本科以上学历,3年以上机械自动化产品的销售经验
熟悉自动化产品销售模式,拥有丰富的客户资源,如汽车,制造业,重工业,加工业,测量行业,设计院,高校研究所等
工作认真负责,有自主安排工作行程能力
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering orequivalent;
2. At least 3 years direct sales experience in capitalequipment and/or industrial products in heavy industries including automobile,aerospace, shipyard, molding, etc;
3. Knowledge and experience in Mechanical design CAD& reverse engineering and Metrology & Measuring, and/or applicationswill be an advantage;
4. Good problem solving and communications skills
5. English language skills;
6. High energy individual and team player.
